Pamela and Thomas here—newlyweds, parents to a wonderful teenager, and proud owners of the world’s most spoiled Yorkie-Poo. When we got married in November 2023, we couldn’t wait to grow our little family. Just a few months later, we were overjoyed to see those two pink lines in June 2024—only for our hearts to break when we learned the pregnancy was ectopic and couldn’t continue.

Since then, we’ve faced one challenge after another. After months of tests and heartache, we learned I have PCOS and a blocked fallopian tube, leaving IVF as our only path to having a baby together. The emotional toll has been heavy, but the financial burden feels even heavier. Between consultations, medications, and the IVF procedure itself, the costs are overwhelming—far beyond what we ever imagined when we first dreamed of expanding our family.
